Refunds and Returns - Qualifications, Restrictions, and How to Initiate a Return with Sabbat Ireland

DEFECTIVE OR UNOPENED 30-DAY PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We need all of our customers to be pleased, so we provide options for products you used and have opened, but no more want within 30 days of purchase. We can’t offer full refunds for opened products which are otherwise operational each original manufacturer standards, even when you just used the item once.

We are a business which needs to pay for transport companies, and research and development, workers, warehouses, suppliers to bring products. When you return a fully operational product from sabbat.ie we must take the next steps at our price:

  • Remove and inspect the product and all accessories at our Ireland based returns center
    Clean and sanitize the item and all accessories, and remove any traces of wear and tear
    Wipe onboard memory and reset all applications settings to default
    fix the packaging and repack the thing
    List and then market the item on secondary markets available as an open box item
    Pack and ship the item to the brand new customer

To offset these costs we can, at our discretion, provide refunds for opened products without restock fees 20%

If you would like to return an opened merchandise email with your order number along with a description of the problem. You will need to return item(s) to our Ireland based returns centre until we issue a refund with no restock fees. Our returns staff will supply you upon approval of the return request with detailed instructions. Note we will make every attempt, and that your lender may dictates refund timeframe

Please review the below guidelines and limitations. We will not provide refunds that fall under any circumstances outside this policy.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS RESTRICTIONS AND RULES
These are Sabbat (“Sabbat”,”we” or”our”) Total Return Guidelines applicable only to goods purchased by you directly from the sabbat.ie site. All returns must meet with the overall guidelines for the return policy to employ.

Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking charge. Restocking fees are based on product class in the time of their purchase as a percentage of the purchase price and are as follows: 20%

Products which are received by Sabbat.ie in some of the following states Aren’t eligible for return and Might be refused:

-Any item not bought directly from sabbat.ie.
-Any item that does not exhibit the clarified reason for the return (i.e., a yield initiated for a DOA product which powers on and works properly upon inspection).
-Any merchandise with lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise unreadable serial number tag, producer model or part number tag, or warranty label.
-Any item that is returned with original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items initially included with the item. Refund returns obtained in this condition may incur a fee or be rejected.
-Any merchandise where the UPC code was removed from its packaging.
-Any product that exhibits physical harm.
-Any merchandise for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate or displays an internet sale price or lien in the time of purchase.
-Any product which looks tampered, customized, or modified at all.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

We rely on major parcel delivery solutions to finish all deliveries to our customers. We don’t require signature upon delivery, and the delivery person may leave the parcel at a location such as porch, a terrace, or doorstep. All deliveries are all documented with timestamp and date with GPS and photographic proof of delivery. Upon delivery that is recorded we believe our responsibility to you personally fulfilled. Please read the below details for additional information if your parcel be missing or stolen.

-You may request a signed delivery or that our chosen distribution carrier not leave your thing in a secure area. Please email hello@sabbat.ie with your order amount within a day of placing your order.

-If a package be stolen after documented delivery for you, we need the filing of a police report within 14 days of their documented delivery date prior to issuing a refund or replacement unit. Please scan and transmit a legible copy of the police report to hello@sabbat.ie over 14 days of the delivery date.Following this first 14-day period has elapsed, no refunds or replacement units will be issued.
